Cafe Jarosz Food Truck

Thank you for your interest in Cafe Jarosz’s food truck! It is available April through October (weather permitting) for public and private events, including weddings, corporate functions, festivals, private driveway service and other special celebrations. Private Events

Pricing Structure*

  • Reservation Minimum (required): Invoice total of $1,000 in food purchase or more (excludes taxes, setup fee, any travel fees and gratuity).

  • Site & Setup Fee (required): $200 per event. This covers local travel and operating costs for private events.

  • Travel Fee: Local travel (50 miles roundtrip from Manlius, NY 13104) is included in the site fee. The fee increases to $2 per mile after 50 miles (roundtrip).

  • Gratuity: A suggested 18% gratuity will be automatically added to all food truck service invoices.

  • This pricing applies to weekend and weekday events.

Site Time

The food truck will arrive up to 2 hours prior to food service start time to set up, turn on equipment, etc. and will remain active on scene for up to 3 hours. Arrival time and length of active service will be determined once an event’s time frame is confirmed. Arrival, serving time and time the food truck remains active (i.e. service time) on scene depends on the number of event guests:

  • 100 guests or less: Food truck remains active on site for 2 hours of service.

  • 100-150 guests: Food truck remains active on site for 2.5 hours of service.

  • 150-300 guests: Food truck remains active on site for 3 hours of service.

  • Additional time can be purchased for a pre-dinner “cocktail hour” or late night service, etc.

    Active service time does not include setup or teardown time. Active service time is the amount of time the food truck will be open for guests.

Menu Options

Your event menu can include a combination of items from Cafe Jarosz’s catering and food truck menus.

Neighborhoods/Private Driveway Service

We are currently not accepting neighborhood reservations for 2024.

  • Service is available Monday-Thursday evenings 5-7 p.m. or 6-8 p.m. during the spring and summer months.

  • It is FREE to host a food truck, but a private driveway and address is required.

  • A minimum of $500 in prepaid orders must be submitted to the StreetFoodFinder app or website 24 hours prior to the food truck’s arrival time. If the $500 minimum is not met 24 hours prior, the event will be canceled. Cafe Jarosz will consult with the driveway host more than 24 hours prior to the event to communicate preorder status.

Public Events

For public events in 2022, Cafe Jarosz customers can use the StreetFoodFinder app or website to view our food truck schedule and menu and to place food orders. StreetFoodFinder is free to use! The app is free to download from the App Store or Google play.

To request the Cafe Jarosz food truck for a public event, please email cafejarosz@gmail.com with the following details: event name, date and location, anticipated attendance number, number of food trucks participating and site fee information, if applicable.
