Following several years of being “on the go” with catering and food truck services, Cafe Jarosz is establishing a brick-and-mortar location at “The Yard” in Manlius, NY.

Located at 604 East Seneca Street in the Village of Manlius, The Yard is also currently home to SingleCut Beersmiths (craft beer tap room), Eugenia’s General Store (local products and nostalgic items), Rooted Wildings (plants and one-of-a-kind gifts), Newish (antiques and usable wares), and two private art studios. The four-acre property also hosts SkyTop Coffee’s private roasting operation.

The Yard as we know it today was once Hale Lumber Yard (1800s), and the former Chenango Railroad Line (circa 1871-1965) traveled alongside it. The property is a piece of Manlius history, and is now maintained as such. The former railroad station still stands in its original location - across the street from The Yard (renovated as The Station garden and gift shop).

While the lumberyard and railways exist no more, The Yard through its rustic charm and throwback decor pays homage to what was once a bustling, industrial hub.

Tucked inside the crimson-colored building located next to SingleCut Beersmiths (look for the enormous beer can!), Cafe Jarosz seeks to provide its guests with a quality dining experience within a rustic, casual setting.

We are located in the former location of Ironwood Coffee (if you know, you know!). During our renovation work, we sought to rekindle the Ironwood vibe that’s been gone but not forgotten, while cultivating a comfy-cozy aesthetic that feels a bit “like home” for everyone.

Our menu - which will expand as time goes on - features artisan, made-to-order sandwiches, fresh-made pasta dishes, salads and more. We offer a small dine-in area, with first-floor seating for about 20 people. Orders can also be packaged “to go” and enoyed off site, or while enjoying a craft beer next door at SingleCut. (We do not have a liquor license; no BYOB, please.)
