QUICHE LORRAINE

Applewood smoked bacon and imported Swiss cheese.
 

SPINACH, RED PEPPER + PARMESAN

Sautéed baby spinach, roasted red peppers and imported parmesan cheese.
 

ASPARAGUS + GRUYERE

Oven-roasted asparagus with a nutty, buttery Gruyere cheese.
 

TRUFFLED BABY PORTABELLA + CARMELIZED ONION

Sautéed baby portabella mushrooms, sweet caramelized onions and sharp Vermont cheddar.
 

THREE CHEESE

Buttery Gruyere cheese and creamy Boursin dusted with imported parmesan cheese.
 

HAM + CHEDDAR

Black forest ham and sharp Vermont cheddar.
 

BACON, ONION + ARUGULA

Crispy maple-cured bacon, caramelized onions, baby arugula and Gruyere cheese.
 

CHORIZO + ONION
