Owner/Executive Chef

Cafe Jarosz Catering's Executive Chef/Owner Adam P. Jarosz is a 2004 Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park graduate who has studied the art of cooking and food trends since the mid-90s. He has worked in several culinary positions, including executive chef, sous chef, chef de cuisine, catering manager, and front-of-the-house manager. In addition to food preparation, Chef Adam has expertise in food safety training, recipe development, and sales and marketing. His experience ranges from working in five-star restaurants and resorts where each meal is a work of art to employee dining facilities where emphasis is on preparing fresh, fast meals for hundreds of people.

Since the beginning, Adam’s dream has been to share his culinary vision with the world – and not through someone else’s menu. He’s spent years perfecting his recipes, learning from industry leaders, and contemplating his next move.

Cafe Jarosz Catering was established in January 2017. It operates from a private, New York State Department of Health-approved commercial kitchen in Onondaga County.

In 2018, Cafe Jarosz Catering added a mobile, wood-fired pizza oven to its fleet. The oven produces homemade pizzas in seconds and is often used for private caterings.

In 2019, Cafe Jarosz Catering unveiled its food truck, which was manufactured and equipped from the ground up for Cafe Jarosz Catering. The food truck was added to the business to enhance private caterings and to offer more on-site cooking opportunities. Occasionally, Cafe Jarosz Catering will utilize its food truck at public events.
