Cafe Jarosz Catering was established in January 2017. It operates from a private, New York State Department of Health-approved commercial kitchen in Onondaga County.
In 2018, Cafe Jarosz Catering added a mobile, wood-fired pizza oven to its fleet. The oven produces homemade pizzas in seconds and is often used for private caterings.
In 2019, Cafe Jarosz Catering unveiled its food truck, which was manufactured and equipped from the ground up for Cafe Jarosz Catering. The food truck was added to the business to enhance private caterings and to offer more on-site cooking opportunities. Occasionally, Cafe Jarosz Catering will utilize its food truck at public events.
